With more than three decades of clinical experience, I bring an integrative and intuitive approach to psychotherapy and whole-life wellness.

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, Board-Certified Art Therapist, Certified Nutrition Counselor, Reiki Master, and Corporate Wellness Consultant, I have spent my career combining modalities that heal the whole person.

Authenticity is at the core of everything I do. Healing happens in relationship. Through honest conversation, genuine connection, and a space where clients feel truly safe, growth becomes possible.

No two people are the same, and no two paths to wellness look alike. I work intuitively and collaboratively, blending traditional and holistic approaches tailored to each person.

Whether working with private clients or consulting with organizations, the goal remains the same. To help people build lives of greater health, clarity, resilience, and joy.

As a Corporate Health and Wellness Consultant, I work with private businesses to offer employees individualized, holistic wellness support as part of their benefits.

Available on-site or via telehealth, sessions are offered weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The focus is on whole-life counseling that builds a healthier workplace culture and supports the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the people doing the work.

Outside of my practice, I can be found hiking, biking, weightlifting, doing yoga, playing pickleball, exploring art shows, and traveling. I cherish time with family, close friends, and my beloved Monesh.

I find my balance in meditation and time in nature. Simplicity restores me.

At the heart of it all is my son Gabriel. My greatest joy and my deepest inspiration.
